Below are the highlights of her experience:
- Successfully represented clients in disputes concerning the invalidity of transactions, the forced sale of shares, shareholder agreements and the protection of shareholder rights, insolvency, employment, unfair competition, public procurement, defence of honour and dignity, tax, construction contracts, e-commerce, energy and infrastructure, financial market regulation, competition law, director liability, enforcement and recognition of court judgments, compensation for damages, professional liability, enforcement of contracts, force majeure and others.
- Participated in a number of proceedings before the Lithuanian Constitutional Court, the European Court of Human Rights, the European Court of Justice, requests to investigate the legality of regulatory acts, investigations into the activities of a legal entity, etc.
- Provided employment law risk management and legal services to business leaders Rimi Baltic, British American Tobacco, Vilniaus baldai, Global BOD Group, Light Conversion, Lithuanian Radio and Television Centre, COWI Lietuva, Marx Vilnius, Newsec advisers LT; Gjensidige, If & Insurance AS, GRIFS AG, Baltic Agro machinery.
- Together with Verslo žinios, she developed a unique Labour Law Handbook tool and analyses and publishes the Business Disputes Index.
Jurgita co-authored the first commentary on the CMR Convention in Lithuania and has launched innovative business tools such as the Dispute Success Index —a legal tool that assesses the probability of success in a legal dispute, litigation costs and other possible losses and risks, and NO SURPRISES — an online tool which makes all employment documents easily accessible and manageable online.
Together with Transparency International, Jurgita also implements the Fairness Agreements project.

Jurgita is a strong advocate for greater innovation in dispute resolution. In July 2020, she led the team of Disputes Resolution & Arbitration in creating the Dispute Success Index – a custom made service for the preventive evaluation of expected disputes, which not only evaluates the legal aspects of an expected dispute but also provides a cost-benefit analysis from a business perspective (https://jurex.lt/ginco-sekmes-indeksas/), helping decision-makers to reach the best business decision.
Jurgita is also one of the pioneering figures promoting a sustainable and ethical business dispute environment in Lithuania. In 2021 Jurgita initiated the conference “Business disputes 2.0: between ethics and innovation” which so far is the first and only event in Lithuania dedicated to the development of business dispute culture and raising awareness of sustainable business practices in dispute resolution.
