Jurgita has ample experience in the development of case law in Lithuanian courts and the formation of legal practices for businesses.
Jurgita is annually ranked as one of the best speakers on employment topics. For the last 8 years consecutively, she has presented legal topics in the most prominent national conferences for HR professionals, public procurement experts, CEO’s and managers. She is also a leading expert in the one-of-a-kind project “Employment Guide for Business.”

Jurgita co-authored the first commentary on the CMR Convention in Lithuania and has launched innovative business tools such as the Dispute Success Index —a legal tool that assesses the probability of success in a legal dispute, litigation costs and other possible losses and risks, and NO SURPRISES — an online tool which makes all employment documents easily accessible and manageable online.

Jurgita is also one of the pioneering figures promoting a sustainable and ethical business dispute environment in Lithuania. In 2021 Jurgita initiated the conference “Business disputes 2.0: between ethics and innovation” which so far is the first and only event in Lithuania dedicated to the development of business dispute culture and raising awareness of sustainable business practices in dispute resolution.
