He has represented clients’ interests in a wide range of transactions, including acquisitions of shopping centres, office buildings and warehouses, as well as wind, solar and hybrid park projects. He also has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating various types of contracts, such as preliminary agreements for the sale and purchase of real estate, leases and joint venture agreements.
