The fund provides expertise, networking opportunities, and financial backing. It specializes in investing in premium indie PC and console games that have already reached the demo stage.
Triniti Jurex played a key role in facilitating the investment process, assisting Gamedev Fund in negotiating and finalizing the terms of the investment agreement. The legal team also evaluated potential legal risks and structured the transaction. This venture comes at a time when the gaming industry is experiencing significant growth, and Triniti Jurex stands as a leader in this sector within Lithuania.
