Peeter’s experience includes close to a quarter of a century of employment in IT enterprises. In cooperation with the attorneys of the firm Peeter participates in advising clients in intellectual property and information technology law

While working in various IT companies including Proact, Skype, MicroLink and Cybernetica, Peeter has contributed to modernising his employers’ standard terms of service agreements contracts and participated in conducting due diligence. As an independent legal and business consultant, Peeter has helped several software developers and information society service providers to choose appropriate software licenses and to define adequate terms of service

Peeter is fluent in Estonian and English. To an extent, he can also communicate in Finnish, Russian, German, French and Spanish


Besides being active in Estonian Defence League and Skydive Estonia, Peeter can occasionally be found scuba diving, dancing Argentine tango, or riding a motorcyle. Peeter doesn’t watch TV; instead, he has always more than one book in progress
