TRINITI JUREX advises the international logistics and freight forwarding company cargoGO Group on developing a legal framework designed to protect the company’s investment in recruiting and relocating third-country drivers to Lithuania.
The project involved reconciling Lithuanian employment and immigration law with Brazilian legal requirements, as well as drafting employment agreements, internal procedures and related legal documentation. The framework is designed to safeguard the client’s investment in recruitment, relocation and onboarding in situations where a driver leaves the company prematurely or is recruited by another employer.
Throughout the project, TRINITI JUREX worked closely with foreign legal counsel to develop a comprehensive cross-border framework covering the entire international hiring process—from recruitment and relocation to employee retention and the management of cross-border legal risks. This enables the client to scale its international recruitment strategy with confidence while ensuring legal certainty across multiple jurisdictions.
