We drafted a comprehensive set of employment documents for the “Energenas” companies group in Lithuania. Subsequently, as the client’s operations expanded into Latvia, we tailored the package to align with Latvian legislation, ensuring consistency in form and principles across the entire group. This was a complex undertaking due to the cross-border nature of the assignment and the need to navigate the distinct legal frameworks of both countries. Our objective was to consolidate the client’s operations while minimizing any adverse effects on the employer, taking into account the varying legislations involved.
