Peeter is a smart and hard-working junior associate who assists lawyers in advising on the day-to-day operations of transactions and companies. His main areas of expertise are start-ups and the venture capital sector. Peeter also contributes to the work of the Agriculture Working Group.
Despite his short career, Peeter has already assisted in major transactions, such as advising RecruitLab on a €1.9 million fundraising and the Saaremaa Dairy Industry sale.
