With an impressive background in intellectual property law, Maria brings a wealth of expertise and a fresh perspective to our firm. Her specialization encompasses a broad range of critical areas within intellectual property law, including trademark, design, and copyright consultations, as well as the development of international strategies for IP protection and enforcement across Estonia and the EU.

Maria’s competencies extend beyond her legal practice; she is also a respected lecturer at the Estonian Entrepreneurship University of Applied Sciences, where she shares her knowledge and passion for intellectual property law with aspiring entrepreneurs. Her ability to draft and review contracts, C&D letters, and other legal documents, combined with her experience in representing clients in negotiations and enforcement proceedings, including courts, domain dispute committees, and boards of appeals, make her an invaluable asset to our team.
