TRINITI advised Patchstack OÜ, an Estonian cybersecurity company, in raising USD 5 million in its series A financing round.
The mission of Patchstack (https://patchstack.com/), currently the world’s largest vulnerability discloser, is to increase the security of open-source software. Patchstack’s unique software enables customers to detect WordPress security vulnerabilities and provide quick real-time protection.
The financing round was led by Karma Ventures and also included G+D Ventures among other investors.
TRINITI advised the client throughout the transaction, starting from negotiations, preparing all the deal documents to closing the transaction. TRINITI’s team was led by associate partner Valter Võhma, assisted by junior associate Peeter Aleksander Paju.
