Acquisition of major travel company

TRINITI transactions team advised the transfer of one of Estonia’s largest travel Agencies GoAdventure OÜ to Lithuanian listed company AB Avia Solutions Group, total value of the transaction ca 2.611 million Euros. By closing the transaction, AB Avia Solutions Group acquired 100% of the shares of GoAdventure. The buyer aims to merge GoAdventure with its group company Kidy Tour and continue to provide travel services in Estonia
