TRINITI advised Fusebox in raising 2.5 million euros

TRINITI advised Estonian energy technology company Fusebox in raising 2.5 million euros as investment from the Dutch energy giant Eneco and the largest Polish bank PKO.

Fusebox is the largest electricity consumption management provider in the Baltics, which has been helping to balance electricity grid loads since 2019. The company helps its customers reduce electricity bills by optimizing usage, while earning them additional income from the balancing market. The company does not charge its clients for the use of its software, but takes a part of the savings and extra income generated. Fusebox plans to use the investments to grow their team and to enter the Nordic and Western European markets as a software as a service (SaaS) solution.

From TRINITI the client was advised by the co-head of the firm’s startup practice group, senior associate Peeter P. Mõtsküla in all aspects of the deal, including negotiations, preparation of the transaction documents, and closing.
