TRINITI attorneys-at-law Mikk Põld and Siim Maripuu helped Medicum Tervishoiuteenused AS to simplify the group’s structure.
We advised the client on the merger process, from the initial planning stage to the registration of the entries, during which Medicum Tervishoiuteenused AS merged with Medicum Dental OÜ, OÜ Koduõde and Tervishoiu Holding OÜ.
Medicum is one of Estonia’s largest private healthcare institutions providing general and specialist medical care outside of hospitals. Medicum combines family doctor services, independent nursing care, specialist medical care, examinations, laboratory services, operations, and rehabilitation into a single entity. Medicum also operates a dental clinic, an optician’s shop and provides home nursing services.
The majority stake in Medicum is held by the investment company Livonia Partners. The sale of the majority stake was also advised by TRINITI.
