TRINITI advised the shareholders of Envoice OÜ on the sale to Scoro, guiding the whole process from LOI to closing, including deal structuring and timeline management, negotiation of the transaction documents and coordination of closing.
The deal combines Scoro’s work- and finance-management stack with Envoice’s AI-powered AP and expense automation. Together, the two systems create a single workflow—costs entered in accounting immediately update the corresponding project budgets—so teams can track profitability in real time.
