In response to this demand, TRINITI is significantly expanding its presence in Lithuania this September, with four partners and their teams joining the firm. The expansion will strengthen TRINITI’s position in Lithuania and across the Baltics, while increasing its capacity to advise on major cross-border projects. Joining TRINITI as partners, together with their teams, are Ernesta Žiogienė, an expert in real estate and construction law; Giedrė Dailidėnaitė, specialising in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate and commercial law, and competition law; and Marius Devyžis and Jonas Platelis, both highly experienced dispute resolution lawyers. Their arrival will further strengthen TRINITI’s capabilities in these key areas, enabling the firm to offer clients deeper specialist expertise and comprehensive solutions to complex business law matters.

Following the expansion, TRINITI will have 14 partners in Lithuania and a team of more than 120 professionals across the Baltics.
The firm will also operate under a single TRINITI name across all three Baltic countries. In Lithuania, where the firm previously operated as TRINITI JUREX, the move to a unified brand will create a clearer and more consistent experience for clients while bringing the Lithuanian, Latvian and Estonian teams even closer together – particularly on larger cross-border projects.
Strengthening Key Areas of Business Law
The expanded team will further strengthen TRINITI’s established practices, including corporate and M&A, commercial law, dispute resolution, real estate and construction, and employment law. The firm will also continue to advise clients on IT, data protection and privacy, intellectual property and other areas of business law. Particular focus will be placed on the defence and security, technology, real estate, healthcare and life sciences, manufacturing and industrial sectors.
TRINITI’s expertise in real estate, construction and investment projects will be further strengthened by Ernesta Žiogienė’s extensive experience working with local and international real estate developers and PropTech companies, as well as on major infrastructure and energy projects.
Giedrė Dailidėnaitė will further strengthen the firm’s capabilities in transactions, corporate governance, commercial law and compliance, drawing on extensive experience advising on a wide range of investments across the Baltic States. Her expertise in M&A, corporate and commercial law has long been recognised by leading international legal directories, including Chambers Europe, The Legal 500 and IFLR1000.
Marius Devyžis and Jonas Platelis will join the firm’s dispute resolution practice. Devyžis brings extensive experience in international arbitration, commercial, employment and public procurement disputes, as well as sports law and arbitration. Platelis brings expertise in domestic and cross-border business disputes, representing clients before national courts, and advising on real estate and construction, finance and other regulated sectors.
The expansion also represents an investment in TRINITI’s people and their continued professional development, providing greater opportunities to work with larger local and international clients and to share knowledge and experience with colleagues across the Baltics.
Greater Capacity for International Projects
International business is one of TRINITI’s strategic priorities. The firm will work even more closely with Lithuanian companies expanding into international markets, international investors and foreign businesses entering the Lithuanian market.
