Jonas professional career is defined not by a narrow specialisation, but by the breadth of his expertise and versatility. Over more than two decades, he has gained experience in diverse professional environments – from international audit and legal services firms, where he worked to the highest professional standards, to some of Lithuania’s largest and most influential law firms, where he developed into an independent practitioner comfortable taking responsibility for complex matters. This background enables him to navigate both highly complex cases and emerging legal situations where established answers do not yet exist.

This versatility is what sets Jonas apart. He approaches matters holistically, understanding how different areas of law, business considerations and practical interests interact. He is equally comfortable handling traditional business disputes and emerging challenges driven by technology and innovation, where legal frameworks are still evolving. Jonas is also an active member of the professional community. He regularly speaks at conferences and professional events, contributes articles and provides expert opinions on complex and often unprecedented legal matters. • Jonas began his legal career at Ernst & Young in Vilnius, gaining experience in an international environment and working on complex business matters. He later joined Baltic Legal Solutions, then one of Lithuania’s leading law firms, progressing from consultant to attorney and building a strong foundation for his practice.
• He later became a partner at PRO LEGE, where he established himself as a business disputes lawyer, handling matters ranging from real estate and shareholder disputes to insolvency proceedings and leading complex projects.
• Jonas then joined KPMG Law as an associate partner, further strengthening his expertise and developing an approach that combines legal insight with a strong understanding of business.
• From 2021 to 2026, Jonas worked at NOEWE LEGAL (formerly PRIMUS LEGAL), expanding his practice from traditional business disputes into emerging areas such as fintech, crypto-assets, artificial intelligence and start-ups.
