TRINITI advised Softwerk OÜ in the transaction under which its business analytics unit was sold to Intelex Insight OÜ. Our assignment included structuring and planning the deal, negotiation of the transaction documents and assistance in closing. The transaction combines Softwerk’s business analytics team with Intelex Insight creating the largest business analytics and artificial intelligence competence centre in the Baltics, with a team of more than 30 specialists serving clients across the Baltics and Poland. Softwerk continues to focus on AI-powered software development services. TRINITI team handling the transaction was led by Siim Maripuu (Partner, Attorney-at-Law) and included Mikk Põld (Senior Associate), Ain Kalme (Senior Associate) and Peeter Aleksander Paju (Junior Associate).
