The law firm TRINITI JUREX has released its third annual sustainability report, providing an overview of the firm’s actions in the fields of environmental protection, social responsibility, and governance (ESG), as well as setting new goals for the future.
TRINITI JUREX was the first law firm in the Baltic States to introduce its sustainability strategy. The third report has been prepared in accordance with the GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) standard and aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This ensures a clear methodology for measuring progress and international comparability.
Key focus areas:
- Environment. Implementation of measures to reduce the ecological footprint and improve the efficiency of resource use.
- Diversity and inclusion. Strengthening initiatives that promote equal opportunities and an inclusive work environment.
- Pro bono and community. Expanding activities that contribute to education, innovation, and community development.
- Transparency. Presenting clear indicators that enable progress tracking and accountability to society.
“Sustainability and law may appear to be different fields, yet they are united by a core principle: responsibility. In the work of lawyers, decisions affect not only clients but also the broader context – people, the environment, and society. That is why we follow the belief that law can drive positive change. It is a powerful force contributing to a more transparent, fair, and sustainable society. This approach is reflected throughout our activities – from everyday office choices to the advice we provide to clients, from our internal culture to long-term strategic directions,” says TRINITI JUREX Managing Partner Vilija Viešūnaitė.
