Jaroslav has impressive experience in corporate, finance and commercial law. His professional activities include drafting and regulating shareholders’ agreements, mergers and acquisitions, as well as various service transactions and investment programmes. In addition, Jaroslav actively defends the interests of his clients in complex shareholder disputes, directors’ liability issues and other corporate disputes.
In 2023, Jaroslav advised multi-jurisdictional clients on the planning and implementation of commercial transactions with a total value of an impressive €10 billion. He was one of the keynote speakers at the 2022 Sustainable Organisation training series organised by the Lithuanian Responsible Business Association.
Jaroslav is frequently invited to share his insights on issues of public interest. His publications and commentaries have been featured on various media websites and he has also appeared on the programme “Construction Guide”. In addition, Jaroslav represents the firm at the Ukrainian-Lithuanian Chamber of Commerce, strengthening business relations between the two countries.
