Igneta Kontutienė is an experienced Senior Associate practising in several legal fields: corporate, contract and commercial. Igneta commonly works with startups and leads them through their complete life cycle—from establishment and launch, through key milestones, to eventual exit.
Igneta primarily works on the drafting of corporate documentation (shareholders, shares sale-purchase agreements, mergers & acquisitions, capital increase/reduction procedures, investment agreements, drafting of the management board and shareholder decisions, etc.), real estate agreements (sale-purchase, lease etc.), negotiating, legal consultations, etc.
Before joining the TRINITI JUREX team Igneta had been working as an in-house lawyer in a group of companies where the fundamental projects involved corporate, contract, labour, and real estate law. Such experience has added significant value to the team.
