In the future, litigation is likely to be significantly impacted by advancements in artificial intelligence and data analytics, streamlining the legal research process and aiding in case preparation. Additionally, virtual courtrooms may become more prevalent, increasing access to justice and reducing the need for physical presence in legal proceedings. However, ethical and privacy concerns may arise as technology’s role in litigation expands.
