Agnė has many years of experience in representing clients in diverse civil and administrative cases, as well as is representing natural and legal persons in tax disputes, concluding agreements for amounts of taxation, that would be of benefit for the clients. Agnė has extensive experience in representing clients in various types of transactions, in the management of agricultural companies, successfully defending the interests of companies and their members in relations with public authorities and individuals, as well as provides legal services in criminal cases.
Agnė’s professional experience is evidenced by:
- Consulting and other legal services in initiating and executing one of the first restructuring proceedings in Lithuania (UAB Sklypas, UAB Statybų linija);
- Successful representation of one of the largest companies operating in the port of Klaipėda in a dispute with UAB Klaipėdos hidrotechnika with the SE Klaipėda State Seaport Authority, where the amount awarded was more than LTL 2 million ;
- Representation of creditors’ interests restructuring and bankruptcy processes of BAB printing house Spindulys, BUAB Kraujo donorystės centras, BUAB VIPC Klaipėda, JSC Vicus, JSC Pajūrio rezidencija, and others. Due diligence, preparation of claims and representation in court proceedings, defending the rights of companies undergoing bankruptcy proceedings: BUAB Klaipėdos hidrotechnika, BUAB Skala and others.,
- Advising and representing in execution of complex transactions of sale of assets of an agricultural company with one of Lithuania’s largest agricultural concerns.
In 2008, Agnė graduated from Vilnius University with a Master’s Degree in Law. Specialization – Finance and Tax Law.
Agnė is fluent in English language.
In her spare time, Agnė enjoys traveling.
