We helped our client GoRamp, Lithuanian- based LogTech startup, secure a €1.5 million investment. This investment is expected to double the size of GoRamp’s international team, which is expected to include IT, sales, marketing and customer service specialists.
Triniti Jurex team was involved at all stages of the investment advising the startup on the preparation for and structuring of the additional investment, including confidential information and labor law issues, also affecting the prior changes in the shareholders‘ structure and formation of the option pool. Subsequently, we represented the startup in the negotiations regarding the investment and shareholders agreements, drafted the investment documents, and registered them after signing.
GoRamp currently operates in 18 countries. Its clients include Pfizer, Thermofisher, Continental, Mondelez and others.
