A few days ago, Statistics Estonia announced that it would follow people’s movements on Estonian territory. This is done to analyse whether and how people act before and after the onset of a coronary pandemic. Our attorneys, Karmen Turk and Maarja Pild , found that the state’s plan to follow us had a number of concerns.
