TRINITI JUREX represented Žalgirio Arena (UAB “Kauno Arena”) in a dispute concerning the alleged unlawful use of the “Hiperbolė” trademark in connection with concert activities.
R. Bartusevičius, a member of the legendary band “Hiperbolė”, filed a lawsuit against his former bandmates and “Kauno Arena”, claiming that they were unlawfully using the band’s name and trademark. The court dismissed the claim and concluded that “Kauno Arena” had not committed any unlawful acts and had used the trademark lawfully.
