Amendments to Latvia’s Commercial Law introduce remote participation at Shareholders Meetings

In order to address the emergencies arising from Covid-19 amendments to Latvia’s Commercial Law were passed determining the rules for organising Shareholders Meetings of Latvian companies using electronic means of communication.
