Advising Columbus Eesti AS acquiring HÄT Systems

We advised the purchaser acquiring leading Estonian Software developer HÄT Systems. Our assignment included preparation of the transaction documents and assistance during the negotiations as well as the planning process. HÄT Systems is established in 2005 and offers economic and business analysis software focusing on Dynamics NAV based solutions. TRINITI - a legal adviser in the reorganization of state-owned enterprises in charge of maintenance of the Lithuanian roads

TRINITI has advised the Lithuanian Road Administration under the Ministry of Transport and Communications on the reorganization of state-owned enterprises carrying out maintenance of roads with strategic importance for Lithuania. During the process which took less than a half-year, 10 state-owned enterprises were successfully integrated in the State Enterprise “Kelių priežiūra”. The reorganization was carried out with the aim to optimize and reduce the costs of management of state enterprises maintaining the roads of state importance and to form an efficient centralized model of maintenance of roads of state importance.

During the large-scale reorganization process the experienced TRINITI lawyers, led by Associate Partner Giedrė Čiuladienė, prepared the necessary documents and advised the Lithuanian Road Administration under the Ministry of Transport and Communications on all matters of reorganization that have arisen.

TRINITI provided legal services in transfer of the gambling company

UAB “Baltic Bet”, a company engaged in gambling business in Lithuania, was sold to a Swedish company Lifland Gaming Group in September. TRINITI provided legal assistance to the shareholders of UAB “Baltic Bet” during the negotiations and while the successful closing of the transaction. UAB “Baltic Bet” is one of a few companies in Lithuania that has a permit to organize on-line gambling activities. TRINITI lawyers, led by the partner Vytautas Kalmatavičius, successfully accomplished already the third project where a client working in the gambling business was represented.
