ESG

At TRINITI, we recognise the importance of sustainability and socially responsible practices in our business and professional activities. We believe that by integrating environmental, social and governance (ESG) considerations into our work processes and practices, we can not only contribute to a better world, but also create long-term value for our clients, employees and partners.

Our ESG policy describes our commitment to reducing TRINITI’s environmental impact, promoting social justice and diversity, and adhering to the highest ethical management practices. We create and maintain a working environment that is transparent, inclusive, respectful and non-discriminatory, while promoting sustainable practices that reduce waste and conserve nature.

As a law firm, we have a responsibility to use our expertise not only to strive for a neutral environmental impact, but also to promote positive social impact and ethics, openness and inclusion in our community and beyond. By integrating ESG considerations into our business operations, we create a sustainable and socially responsible future for everyone and motivate others to do the same. We prefer cooperation with clients and partners who adhere to the principles of sustainability and social responsibility.

At TRINITI, we recognise the importance of saving the environment and our role in promoting it. Our environmental policy aims to reduce our carbon footprint, conserve natural resources and reduce waste in all aspects of our business.

1. Energy efficiency. We reduce our energy consumption and implement energy-saving practices in the TRINITI office. This includes, among other things, the use of energy-saving light fittings, turning off power-consuming devices at the end of use / leaving the room, optimal use of the ventilation and heating system, and encouraging employees to use public transportation, carpooling or working remotely to reduce energy consumption.
2. Conservation of natural resources. We save natural resources such as paper and water by implementing, for example, double-sided printing, using tap water for drinking and using environmentally friendly products. We also save natural resources through responsible consumption, use of renewable energy and recycling of office equipment.
3.Waste management. We reduce the footprint created by business activities by prioritising reusable items, sorting waste and, where possible, redirecting it to reuse.
4. Sustainable procurement. Whenever possible, we use suppliers of products and services who share an environmentally sustainable approach. We assess the environmental profile of our suppliers and encourage them to adopt environmentally friendly practices.
5. Community involvement. We involve the community in promoting environmental sustainability, supporting local environmental initiatives, volunteering in environmental organisations, and encouraging the use of environmentally sustainable practices.
6. Continuous improvement. We regularly analyse and assess our environmentally sustainable activities in order to identify areas suitable for improvement and set goals to reduce our environmental impact. We constantly strive to improve our environmental management systems.

By implementing the aforementioned measures, we at TRINITI want to implement and also demonstrate our commitment to saving the environment.

TRINITI knows the importance of social responsibility and our role in promoting ethical practices, diversity and inclusion. The goals of our social considerations are to ensure compliance with and promotion of human rights, improve social conditions and make a positive contribution to the communities in which we operate.

1. Human rights. We ensure the respect and promotion of human rights in both internal and external relations. We ensure that our employees are treated fairly, with respect and dignity, and prohibit any form of discrimination. We do not tolerate violations of human rights by third parties.
2. Diversity and inclusion. We promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace and create a culture that celebrates individual differences. We offer equal opportunities to all our employees, regardless of gender, race, religion, sexual orientation or physical ability. We work with diverse suppliers and partners and encourage them to adopt diversity and inclusion practices.
3. Working environment and balance. We ensure that our employees work in fair, ethical and mentally healthy working conditions. We comply with all statutory obligations and work to ensure safe working conditions, fair pay and a healthy work-life balance. We carry out joint activities that support mental and physical health outside of work. We look after our next generation by providing them with mentorship and involvement.
4. We make a positive contribution to the communities in which we operate. We support local community initiatives and student organisations and activities, provide free and/or discounted legal aid to underprivileged communities, and encourage our employees to volunteer for community events.
5. Privacy and security. Risks related to the identification of persons and client data have been managed, and principles for the processing of sensitive and confidential data have been developed and implemented. The software and hardware we use are safe and economical.
6. Continuous improvement. We regularly assess our social responsibility, monitor the need to improve our practices, and educate our people in various aspects of ESG. We set goals for continuous improvement and work to achieve them. We also regularly communicate with stakeholders about our progress and challenges.

TRINITI is committed to promoting social responsibility and implementing ethical practices in our workplace and in the communities where we operate.

Environmental, social and governance (ESG) practices play an important role in our management process. As a law firm, we recognise the importance of maintaining high standards of transparency, accountability and ethical conduct in all our activities.

1. Members of the management board. We have a management board that monitors the firm’s operations, goals and the sustainability of the business model and ensures that we do what is necessary to achieve ESG goals, including managing environmental, social and governance risks. The management board comprises people with different backgrounds, experiences and perspectives.
2. Ethics and compliance. We are committed to ensuring the ethics and integrity of our business operations. We comply with anti-corruption and anti-bribery legislation and other ethical standards, avoid conflicts of interest, and ensure that our clients and partners do the same. We prefer to work with clients and partners who share our commitment to ethical practices, and we are honest and open in our relationships with clients and partners.
3. Risk management. We identify and manage risks that may affect our operations, reputation and stakeholders. We have a risk management framework that includes assessments of potential threats and the development of strategies to mitigate them.
4. Stakeholder engagement. We regularly engage our stakeholders and solicit their feedback on our ESG practices. We also provide information on ESG policy enforcement and implementation to stakeholders through regular reporting.
5. Diversity and inclusion. We are committed to promoting diversity and inclusion in all our activities. We strive to maintain an organisation that is free from discrimination and harassment and ensure that our recruitment, retention and promotion practices are fair and impartial.
