The transaction involved a 15,000+ sq. m. property comprising a 4+ star hotel, conference centre, leisure facilities, and other commercial real estate. Following the acquisition, the property’s operations will remain unchanged, with the complex continuing to be managed by the current operator under a long-term lease agreement.
The sale marks the successful completion of the investment cycle of a fund managed by Nter Asset Management. According to publicly available information, the sale price exceeded the property’s latest independent valuation, while the fund delivered a double-digit average annual return to its investors.
