The bonds issued by YOOK OÜ, an Estonian manufacturer of plant-based products, were listed on the Nasdaq Baltic First North market on May 18, 2026. The issue attracted 860 investors across the Baltics. Estonian investors subscribed to bonds worth 3.2 million euros (71% of the total volume), Latvian investors to 1 million euros (21%), and Lithuanian investors to 0.3 million euros (8%).
As part of the issue, YOOK, Law Firm TRINITI and TRINITI Collateral Agent XVII OÜ entered into a collateral agent agreement, and a pledge was established on 100% of the shares of YOOK Production AS in favor of the bondholders. The collateral agent holds the collateral in the investors’ interest for the entire duration of the bonds.
