TRINITI JUREX Real Estate team represented and advised Neste Lietuva in a complex matter involving the state-owned land lease. The case encompassed various legal issues, including obtaining permission from the National Land Service to lease a portion of the state-owned land plot required for the client’s underground fuel station equipment. Another owner of the constructions on the same land plot sought to prohibit the land lease and halt the operation of the client’s fuel station, necessitating legal services to address legal actions aimed at demolishing the fuel station, annulling the registration of the fuel station equipment in the Real Property Register, and removing essential cleaning equipment crucial for its operation.
Our team successfully secured Neste Lietuva’s right to use part of the state-owned land plot during the ongoing land lease procedure. Moreover, favorable decisions from the first instance court ensured the permanent operation of the client’s fuel station. This achievement held significance not only due to the complexity of the case but also because TRINITI JUREX prioritized environmentally friendly projects, aligning with the company’s commitment to sustainability.
