TRINITI provided legal assistance to the shareholders of UAB \u201cBaltic Bet\u201d during the negotiations and while the successful closing of the transaction. UAB \u201cBaltic Bet\u201d is one of a few companies in Lithuania that has a permit to organize on-line gambling activities.
