Continuously seeking ways to identify, unlock, and realize this potential, Loreta devotes much of her attention to mentoring, coaching, and situational leadership. She is an active member of mentoring communities in Lithuania and has international mentoring experience.

Professional Background
- Loreta’s long-standing consulting experience at the international company Korn Ferry allowed her to gain deep expertise in reward management, employee engagement, and empowerment. This role gave her the opportunity to work with numerous organizations across Lithuania and the Baltic States, exploring different operating models and business processes.
- Having seen the strategic importance of HR functions up close, Loreta continued her career as an HR Business Partner at one of the largest companies in Lithuania – SBA Group. This experience strengthened her understanding of the HR role in large, complex businesses.
- Later, Loreta became the HR Manager at the fast-growing engineering company ALTAS AUTO. There she worked in a highly dynamic environment, adapting HR practices to meet the challenges of rapid business growth.
