Loreta is a human resources professional with extensive experience gained in organizations characterized by a culture and environment that foster growth and support others in their development. She is responsible for designing and implementing HR strategies, ensuring that processes run effectively and create a positive experience for every employee. At the heart of her work is the engaged and empowered employee who takes pride in both personal achievements and the accomplishments of the organization. In pursuit of this goal, Loreta supports managers in reaching their objectives and growing as leaders who can be the best people managers for their teams.

Her combined experience in consulting, partnership, and working with leadership teams enables Loreta to carefully and thoughtfully select and implement the most effective HR practices. She strongly believes that every individual and organization holds significant untapped potential and the ability to act constructively. Continuously seeking ways to identify, unlock, and realize this potential, Loreta devotes much of her attention to mentoring, coaching, and situational leadership. She is an active member of mentoring communities in Lithuania and has international mentoring experience.

 

Her strength lies in the ability to listen, inspire, encourage, and motivate people, helping them overcome limiting beliefs. Loreta gladly offers thought partnership to colleagues facing professional challenges, convinced that together it is always easier to find a solution – or at least discover a new perspective from which the solution may emerge.

Professional Background

  • Loreta’s long-standing consulting experience at the international company Korn Ferry allowed her to gain deep expertise in reward management, employee engagement, and empowerment. This role gave her the opportunity to work with numerous organizations across Lithuania and the Baltic States, exploring different operating models and business processes.
  • Having seen the strategic importance of HR functions up close, Loreta continued her career as an HR Business Partner at one of the largest companies in Lithuania – SBA Group. This experience strengthened her understanding of the HR role in large, complex businesses.
  • Later, Loreta became the HR Manager at the fast-growing engineering company ALTAS AUTO. There she worked in a highly dynamic environment, adapting HR practices to meet the challenges of rapid business growth.
