Jolanta is a lawyer whose main areas of practice are public procurement law and public-private partnerships (PPP). She has extensive experience in implementing projects administered by the EU funds, as well as in dealing with breaches of public procurement legislation and financial corrections. Jolanta also advises clients on the issues of organisation and conduct of public procurement (preparation for public procurement, preparation of tender conditions and bids, as well as supplier enquiries and claims), misuse of the EU funds and imposition of financial corrections.
