During more than 20 years in business law practice Anrī has advised on sizable transactions such as:

  • Acquisition of ask.fm – a 150 mln online user tech company – by Californian asset management company (2016)
  • Negotiations of the Shareholders Agreement of the Rail Baltica fast speed train project development joint venture between the governments of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania (2014)
  • Legal support for the acquisition of Musa Motors Grupa, one of Latvia’s largest car and truck dealerships (2013-2014)
  • Advising Lattelecom Group management and shareholders on the contemplated MBO financed by the private equity firm the Blackstone Group (2007-2008)
  • Advising on the purchase of shares of Microlink, a leading Baltic IT company, by three incumbent telecom companies (2005)
  • Lead legal adviser in one of the largest international arbitration cases in Latvia (total claims in excess of 1 billion USD) between Lattelecom shareholders 2000-2004
