This year, we are proud to see our TRINITI EXCHANGE PROGRAMME thriving, fostering cross-border collaboration and deeper connections across our Baltic offices. A special shoutout to our colleague, Ana Subač from TRINITI JUREX Lithuania, who recently took part in the program by visiting our Estonian office. Ana worked alongside the Employment Law practice group, gaining practical experience, strengthening her expertise, and building great relationships with the team. Her dedication and enthusiasm truly embody the spirit of collaboration that drives us forward!
Ana shares her insights and takeaways below.
How did you decide to participate in the exchange programme and what motivated you to do so?
I decided to participate in the exchange programme to gain new insights and experiences from our colleagues in other offices. The opportunity to connect face-to-face with Estonian and Latvian colleagues, and share knowledge and practical experience motivated me the most.
What were your main goals for this visit?
My main goal was to gain new perspectives on labour law and enhance my practical skills by discussing real-life cases and issues with colleagues.
What are your Top 3 take-aways?
- Despite differences in our national legislation, the working environment and key aspects of our work are very similar across all our offices – we all focus on meeting our clients’ needs.
- There is always another way to approach the same situations – collaboration and sharing experiences allow us to find new and better alternatives.
- Meeting colleagues face to face always creates stronger and closer mutual connections.
What advice or tips would you give to someone coming to an exchange programme?
Be brave, open, and actively engage with your colleagues. It’s a great opportunity to learn from each other and gather new ideas.
Which aspect of the exchange program do you think has the greatest impact on personal or professional growth?
The most impactful aspect is the exchange of knowledge and ideas, which helps to enhance both skills and confidence in a professional setting.
