TRINITI has launched an online Court hearing initiative and, for the first time in Lithuanian Court practice, has encouraged the Court to take advantage of the opportunity to hold a remote Court hearing. TRINITI Partner Attorney Deivis Valiulis, in order to process the case as quickly as possible in the interests of the client, submitted a request to the Vilnius City District Court to hold a remote Court hearing using electronic means of communication.
