TRINITI advises Atomico on Pipedrive’s 17 MUSD Series B Funding

TRINITI’s venture capital team has advised Atomico in connection with 17 MUSD Series B funding into Pipedrive let by Atomico with participation from Bessemer Venture Partners, and Rembrandt Venture Partners.

Atomico is a global venture capital firm founded by Niklas Zennström, one of the founders of Skype, which extensive portfolio includes investments into number of very well know players in the region such as Rovio, Supercell (later sold to Softbank), Klarna, Truecaller and last.fm.

Pipedrive is one of the flagships of Estonian start-up scene with more than 200 employees in New York, Tallinn and Tartu. With over 30 000 customers Pipedrive ranks no. 14 on the Inc. 5000 list as one of America’s fastest growing private software companies. The company provides sales management tool designed to help small sales teams manage intricate or lengthy sales processes.

TRINITI’s legal team led by Ramil Pärdi and including Ergo Blumfeldt, Karmen Turk and Sten Veidebaum was in charge of the Estonian law matters of the transaction, including carrying out legal due diligence on Pipedrive.
