A new non-governmental organisation – Rail Baltica Business Network – has been established in Latvia. One of its main tasks is to promote a dialogue between the public sector and companies interested in the implementation of the largest regional infrastructure project – the high speed European gauge railway project – Rail Baltica.

Rail Baltica Business Network has been operating successfully in Estonia for two years and helped inspire creation of the network also in Latvia.

The founders of Rail Baltica Business Network are: Triniti, Civitta (business consultancy) and VA Government (government relations).

Anri Leimanis became the first Chairman of the Board of Directors. Other two board of directors members are Janis Grevins, Director of Riga Business School and Vladlens Kovalevs, CEO of VA Government. The Managememt Board member of the new association is Anna Rozenfelde, Civitta.
