TRINITI represented the client in the sale of shares in the company that owns a 7,000 m² hotel building in the Old Town of Vilnius to the investment company Lords LB Baltic Green Fund (V). The legal services provided to the client included structuring the transaction, drafting the transaction documents, assisting in the negotiations, as well as advising on the development of the building and the continuity of the hotel’s activity.
