“Loto.lt” is now a protected lottery trademark

TRINITI JUREX represented JSC “Perlas Network” – we proved that the trademark “loto.lt” can be registered for lotteries and related goods and services.

The State Patent Bureau acknowledged that the consistent use of the mark “loto.lt” throughout Lithuania and its growing popularity allow us to conclude that consumers recognize “loto.lt” as a clear trademark for lottery goods and services.
