The Triniti Jurex team represented the shareholders of Baltijos Polistirenas, a Lithuanian manufacturer of thermal insulation materials, in the sale of 100% of the company’s shares to BEWI, one of the world’s largest packaging and insulation solutions companies listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange. The team played a crucial role in all stages of the negotiations, provided advice on all transaction-related matters, and was responsible for drafting and negotiating the transaction documents.
Nemunas Dagilis, a representative of Baltijos Polistirenas’ shareholders, expressed that the transaction with the Norwegian company BEWI represents a significant appreciation of the entire team’s efforts. He stated, “Over the past 20 years, we have successfully grown the company to a level that has attracted the interest of major global players.”
Founded in 2002, Baltijos Polistirenas specializes in the production and sale of construction white polystyrene foam, neoprene, polystyrene foam packaging, and multilayer panels. The company’s market encompasses Lithuania and Scandinavian countries. BEWI Group, on the other hand, boasts a presence in over 40 companies worldwide, employing more than 2,000 individuals. In 2021, the group reported a turnover of EUR 748.2 million.
