Olles rahuldanud kliendi laenutaotluse ja \u00e4ra s\u00f5lminud laenulepingu, saatis pank kliendile vahetult enne korteri ostutehingut n\u00f5ude, et laenusaaja peab korteri ostma koos kaastaotlejaga 50:50 kaasomandisse. Kuna kaastaotleja ei olnud elukaaslane ega pereliige, siis loomulikult ei saanud klient sellise ultimaatumiga n\u00f5us olla. Temale \u00fcllatuseks pank oma n\u00f5udmisest ei taganenud ja \u00e4hvardas, et kui klient sellise tingimusega ei n\u00f5ustu, siis peab ta laenulepingust taganema ja maksma pangale 400 eurot laenulepingu ennet\u00e4htaegse l\u00f5petamise tasu.
