Gintarė Ivanauskaitė is a highly skilled legal professional with almost 15 years of experience. Before joining TRINITI JUREX, Gintarė worked as an in-house lawyer and represented the largest energy and railway infrastructure companies in the Baltic region in complex civil and administrative court disputes involving construction, civil liability and competition. She also has experience representing clients in the European Court of Justice and the European Commission.
Her extensive experience in legislation and regulatory matters allows her to view legal issues from different perspectives and to propose the most reasonable strategy to solve it. She is an experienced regulation, dispute resolution and litigation lawyer with a strong track record of working for regulators in the telecommunications and audiovisual media services industry and in one of the largest energy groups in the Baltic region. She is skilled in English, European Law, EU and National Legislative Processes, Litigation, Strategic Planning, Telecommunications, Energy Law, Data Protection, Employment Law and Legal Research.
