In your daily work, you will be responsible for:
  • drafting of contracts, land transactions and other legal documents required in the process of territorial planning
  • advising colleagues and clients on territorial planning, land law and other matters concerning real estate
  • representation in relations with the National Land Service, the State Territorial Planning and Construction Inspectorate, municipal administrations and other state institutions
  • execution and/or supervision of assigned projects, fulfilment of other delegated tasks
  • independent execution of orders of other lawyers and clients of the firm
We expect you to:
  • have 2 years of experience in legal work involving territorial planning and real estate development; experience in state institutions responsible for the protected areas, heritage protection and construction would be an advantage
  • have a university degree in law
  • have an excellent command of Lithuanian and English, both orally and in writing; command of other foreign languages would be an advantage
  • be able to effectively organise, plan and prioritise your work and cooperate within a team
  • be able to focus on quality and the search for innovative solutions
  • easily adapt to change and pace, proactively strive for professional development
