Triniti advised RAFAKO S. A., a leader on the Polish power generation equipment market and the biggest boiler producer in Europe, as well as a leader within the field of flue gas desulfurization plants based on wet lime and semi-dry methods, on construction of a new combined heat and power plant in Vilnius.

TRINITI lawyers advise the Client on a daily basis with regards to the construction works. A new heat and power plant will consist of two CHP units: a waste burning unit and a biofuel burning unit. The biofuel burning equipment will be installed by Polish energy object builder Rafako for 149.65 million euros.

Triniti represents Deutsche Bahn International GmbH in four complex court cases

TRINITI team represented Deutsche Bahn International GmbH in four complex court cases against Lietuvos Geležinkeliai AB (Lithuanian Railways): two cases deal with the compensation of alleged losses due to the design works, recognition of the additional works and awarding the debt for the performed works and two other cases – with contractual penalties. The total value of the dispute is more than 30 million EUR.

Successful representation of Meyer & John in an open tender dispute

TRINITI represented the client Meyer & John GmbH & Co in a case brought to the Lithuanian court by the plaintiff WTE Wassertechnik GmbH regarding the decision taken during the open tender for the construction of a sludge treatment plant in Kaunas, Lithuania by the defendant UAB Kauno vandenys. The court of the first instance has fully satisfied the claim prepared by TRINITI lawyers and awarded Farwick Mühlen-Maschinenbau GmbH with more than 700,000 EUR
