TRINITI advised JOOST-LEVEL OÜ, a company specialising in the e-commerce of beauty products, on the acquisition of the MyLook trade mark and the associated online shop from MyLook OÜ.
As part of the transaction, JOOST-LEVEL acquired the ‘MyLook’ trade mark, registered in the European Union, together with the associated logos and domain names. The platform for the online shop www.mylook.ee was also transferred to the purchaser. MyLook is a well-known online shop for beauty products, operating in the Estonian, Finnish and Latvian markets.
TRINITI advised the buyer on structuring the transaction and on the drafting and negotiation of the sale agreement and related documents. The buyer was also advised on the execution of the transaction.
