At the end of September, Tenachem, one of the leading manufacturers of insulating glass sealants in the Baltics, officially opened its new warehouse at 1A Spodrības Street in Dobele. The EUR 8.6 million project represents the company’s largest infrastructure investment to date and significantly expands its production and logistics capacity. TRINITI Latvia provided legal support throughout the project, establishing the contractual framework for cooperation between Tenachem and the partners involved in its delivery.
The new building covers 5,292 square metres, while the total project area spans 21,492 square metres. The warehouse provides capacity for up to 10,000 pallets and includes space for six packaging lines. The project was implemented in accordance with FM Global requirements, with particular attention paid to building safety and risk management.
TRINITI provided legal support throughout the project, helping to establish a well-structured contractual framework for cooperation between the client and the project partners. This included preparing the industrial construction contract with general contractor Mapri Būve, the construction supervision agreement with Forma 2, and the author supervision agreement with architectural practice Nams. The TRINITI team also prepared several agreements related to the project’s supporting infrastructure, including the relocation of a gas pipeline connection, an electricity cable connection and the construction of a transformer substation.
The legal work on the project was led by TRINITI Senior Expert Ēriks Blumbergs. We are pleased to have contributed to the successful implementation of this significant development project.
