TRINITI is expanding in Lithuania and strengthening its pan-Baltic capabilities

In September, TRINITI’s Lithuanian office will expand significantly – four new partners, along with their teams, will be joining the organisation. Following this expansion, TRINITI will have 14 partners in Lithuania and more than 120 professionals across the Baltics.

The new partners are Ernesta Žiogienė, an expert in real estate and construction law; Giedrė Dailidėnaitė, who specialises in M&A, corporate and commercial law, and competition law; and dispute resolution experts Marius Devyžis (who primarily represents clients in commercial, employment and public procurement disputes, as well as in sports law) and Jonas Platelis (whose main areas of practice are domestic and cross-border business disputes, as well as real estate and construction, finance and other regulated sectors).

This expansion enhances TRINITI’s capacity to advise on larger, more complex and cross-border projects across the Baltic region. For Estonian clients, this means access to an even broader range of expertise and stronger local support for projects, transactions and disputes involving Lithuania or several Baltic markets simultaneously.

“TRINITI’s strength lies in the fact that we do not view Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania as three separate markets, but as a single Baltic team. The significant growth of our Lithuanian office directly strengthens our capabilities in Estonia too – we can bring even more top-tier specialists to our clients’ projects and put together exactly the right team to resolve complex cross-border issues. Our clients’ business does not stop at national borders, and neither should our advice,” says Ergo Blumfeldt, the managing partner of TRINITI Estonia.

Among other things, the expanded team will strengthen TRINITI’s practices in M&A, commercial law, dispute resolution, property and construction, and other key business areas. Particular attention is also being paid to advising clients in the technology, defence and security, healthcare and other rapidly developing sectors.
