Ernesta advises real estate developers and asset managers, investors, funds, construction companies and other market participants. Her experience spans commercial and residential development, acquisitions and disposals, construction law, zoning and planning, commercial leasing, project finance and real estate-related M&A.
A significant part of Ernesta’s practice involves the legal management of complex projects. She coordinates multidisciplinary legal teams, leads negotiations on major commercial agreements, helps clients identify and manage project risks, and handles matters involving contractors, tenants, business partners and public authorities.
Ernesta also has experience in energy and infrastructure projects, including renewable energy developments. She advises on investment and project structuring, real estate due diligence, financing and other legal aspects of project implementation.
Her broader practice encompasses corporate and commercial law, M&A, technology and innovation. Ernesta has a particular interest in PropTech, combining her real estate expertise with an understanding of technology-driven businesses and emerging business models.
Beyond her client work, Ernesta actively contributes to the professional real estate community. She chairs WiRE LT by LNTPA, participates in professional and mentoring initiatives, speaks at conferences and lectures, and regularly shares her insights through professional publications.
